Thank you for choosing PDFPal. This Return & Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for our subscription-based services.

By subscribing to PDFPal, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds

PDFPal provides digital services, including PDF processing, AI-powered document analysis, and cloud storage. Once you subscribe and gain access to our premium features, the service is considered delivered immediately.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review our features and pricing carefully before subscribing.

2. No Refunds for Unmanaged Subscriptions

You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, including cancelling before renewal dates. We do not provide reminders or notifications about upcoming renewals.

Important: Once a payment is processed for a renewal, it is final and non-refundable, even if you intended to cancel but forgot.

3. Cancellation and Automatic Renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard under Billing Settings.

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription expires.
• No further charges will be made after the current billing cycle ends.
• You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.

4. Exceptions - Unauthorized Charges Only

The only situation in which a refund may be issued is if you notice unauthorized charges on your account that you did not initiate.

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@pdfpal.io. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge is confirmed to be unauthorized.

Note: Forgotten cancellations, automatic renewals, and accidental subscriptions do not qualify as unauthorized charges.

5. Free Plan

PDFPal offers a Free Plan with limited features. No refunds apply to the Free Plan as there are no charges. We encourage you to test our Free Plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.

6. Changes to Pricing

PDFPal reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period.

If you do not agree with a price increase, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged the new price. No refunds will be issued if you fail to cancel in time.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. Chargebacks are considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
